After you submit a "Request Missing Lender" request, our team will go in and verify the information added and/or get the required info on your behalf. This may take 1-2 business days, depending on what information we need to verify or gather.
While the team works on your request, you will see the lender and offer in the Your Added Lenders section of the Customer Financing page,which is displayed as Pending.
When the request is approved, you will be notified via email. Then, you can log back in and set the offer to live, connecting it to your customer financing options for prequalification.
