Add line items when you are building your PO

Search and add items from your distributors catalog using real-time pricing

  1. Log into your account

  2. From the menu, Choose Projects

  3. Open the project you want to create a Purchase Order for

  4. From the project menu tab at the top, click Purchase Orders

  5. Underneath the banner to the right, click New Purchase Order +

  6. The Purchase Order Builder will open in a new tab

  7. Complete required fields for Delivery Options and click Next

  8. Confirm branch location on next page and add any instructions if needed. Click Next

  9. The Order Details page will load, now we will add items

  10. Locate the Search Bar, under Order Details

  11. Start typing the name or SKU of the item

  12. After you locate the item, click Add +

  13. The item will be added with a quantity of 1

  14. Edit Quantity by clicking the edit (pencil) icon in the line item

  15. Enter Custom QTY or add Measured QTY

  16. Click Add

  17. The quantity is now updated

  18. Follow same process from step 10, to add all items/materials needed

  19. When done, click Next to complete your PO
