When you create your estimate, you'll set an expiration date in the 'Estimate Link Expiration' field. If you try to send the estimate after this date or if the customer attempts to open it, the link won’t work. Don't worry! You can easily update the expiration date by following these steps

  1. Log into your account

  2. From the menu, choose Estimates

  3. Locate and open the Estimate you want to update

  4. The estimate will open in the estimate builder in a new tab

  5. From that tab, at the top, click the Number 1 Settings to open the estimates settings

  6. Locate the Estimate Link Expiry section

  7. Enter in new number of days

  8. Click Continue and Build Estimate button

  9. Confirm all details are correct in your Estimate

  10. At the top right, click Send Estimate

  11. The Send Estimate pop up will appear

  12. Select how you want to send the Estimate Link

  13. Click Confirm & Send to Contact
