Pricing Issues

If the price on your Purchase Order does not reflect your typical Branch pricing, here's what to do

When building your Purchase Order, if the price of an item does not match your Branch's pricing, you will need to contact your Local Branch for more information.

You can find your Local Branch/Sales Rep information here:

  1. Log into your account

  2. From the menu, choose Purchase Orders

  3. At the top of the page will be a red card with your local branches' information, including phone number and email
