My Purchase Order status has not been updated

Contact your Local Branch for questions about your Purchase Order

After you submit your purchase order, it will be in the In Progress status. The branch updates the status as the order is completed.

If you have any questions, contact your Local Branch/Sales Rep.

You can find your branch/Sales Rep information here:

  1. Log into your account

  2. From the menu, choose Purchase Orders

  3. At the top of the page will be a red card with your local branches' information, including phone number and email
